Be sure you don't have AFIB. Get checked out with your doctor. Those are signs of Atrial fibrillation and may not be your fibromyalgia.

I would get it checked out to be on the safe side. When you have fibro, it is easy to blame everything on fibro. We can still get other things. It could definitely be a heart thing. Get it checked. Then if it isn't your heart, try some of the other suggestions. My mom has those exact symptoms, and she has AFIB.

Hi Peggy yes its terrible I sometimes think Im going to pass out its my blood pressure crashing - I was advised to take a drink of water (I thought nonsense ! it works Wknt do any harm to try it good luck x

Yes, but it is a reminder for me to concentrate on my breathing, taking long deep breaths. Breathing using my stomach muscles rather than shallow brear using my chest muscles
