Because I get it every day I wake up in the morning do little cleaning in house and I feel completely exhausted and struggle to keep my eyes open. Or some times I wake up in the morning and I go downstairs and I feel exhausted again. 😔
I can’t remember when I felt awake or alert anymore.

Yes the fatigue is horrible makes you feel wacked out all the time
