I would say the pain is worse because the fatigue u can take a nap or sleep for a couple hours and feel at least a little refreshed but the pain never stops and if your in a city where doctors refuse to give you pain meds then the pain just out weighs the fatigue!!

As bad as the pain is at times for me dealing with crushing fatigue is better to deal w and I say that because at least THEN I can sleep! I struggle with years of insomnia and RLS oh what Joy those 2 are to deal with 😭. Don't get me wrong unrelenting fatigue where I can hardly walk is horrible but sleep hunger satisfied is way better for me,! Has anyone else having hard time getting their usual pain meds? My gosh what's happened? They want to lump everyone together and what a Joke! Pain clinic in my area does NOT treat fibromyalgia pain and issues! SO frustrating and stressful!!! Anyone in MI have PCP that treats pain pls let me know I live near Ann arbor. Blessings and Healing to all of us ❤️L
