Hello all, do anyone have inner ear pain coming from your neck? My pain management Dr said it was trigeminal neuralgia. Fibromyalgia symptom

The pain is the worst.i feel it in my neck, left side and on the left side of my head. If I drink water moving my head back it hurts bad. If I sneeze or cough it hurts. I tried the heating pad, but no luck.

I have that. It's definitely THE worst pain. I use ice packs and try to be still. It's difficult
