Does anyone else’s appetite go up and down like a yo-yo, or is it just mine?

I try and stay away from any of the foods that cause inflammation. "Try being the key word" If I eat tomatoes, I peels the skins and de-seed. Lately I've been making celery, parsley, beet and apple juice and have felt less pain. I've had less flare-ups lately as well. Sugar is definitely my enemy...yet I confess, I give into it at times...and always suffer the consequences. Live for the good days!

I’m back trying to cut crisps out. I do make my own meals beforehand, because I never know when I’m going to be ill. Hubby cooks at the weekends but he’s more shop bought pie with potato and veg

Since January I have little to no desire to eat. If food is put in front of me most of the time I will eat it, not all of it at times though. Trying to figure out what I want is usually extremely hard.
