Members overwhelmingly confirmed that hot flashes and difficulty regulating body temperature are common experiences with fibromyalgia, with many describing sudden sweating during simple chores like dishes or mopping. Several members shared that they swing between feeling burning hot and freezing cold, and one member humorously called it 'Fibropause,' while another suggested small sips of electrolyte drinks as a helpful coping tip. A recurring theme was frustration and solidarity, with many finding comfort in knowing they are not alone in this unpredictable and exhausting symptom.

Yes, I experience it regularly. One time I took my temperature during it and it was 35.4 ❄ ❄ 🤪

Othertimes it's been normal.

Like @A MyFibroTeam Member said that time was for me one of those 'WTF' Fibromyalgia moments 🙃
