I'm unsure if this is a medication or condition issue. If so, what do you do to help it?

Members shared experiences with feeling drowsy or in a dream-like state throughout the day, with many attributing it to factors like medication timing, lack of quality sleep, or simply going through the motions when exhausted. Several members described practical strategies that helped, including taking short naps, spacing out medications, going for walks, exercising to wake up the body, and prioritizing better sleep habits. A recurring theme was the frustration of feeling mentally foggy or like time is slipping by, with some describing it as floating through the day or having a head stuffed with cotton.

It just depends on how much sleep I get. If I don't get much sleep, I feel really "out of it" and nothing seems real that I am doing as I am just "going through the motions".

Sometimes I feel something similar. Like random moments where it feels like I'm just floating through the day. Feels like lost time. I'm on no medications, but I am taking non-hallucinogenic supplements, so i know they're not the problem.

What medication are you on? I get really tired in the afternoon and I can feel out of it unless I lay down, but, that is all. I hope it gets better for you!

I usually feel better but not always. Sometimes I feel drugged. If I can do some exercised or walk it can help.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, too many medications honestly. I should probably check to see if any need to be spaced out. Do you feel better when you wake up? I often feel similarly. Thank you!
