That's a good idea if you can do what Sue said Trevor. If you can't stand on your head , at least put yourself in the tripod position to get the blood flowing the other direction. Or lay on the floor on your back and hold your feet straight up with your hands on your waist
...the blood will flow into the head that way as well. It's a kind of a yoga pose. Anyway do what you can because if you can reverse the blood flow maybe you can get some blood into the head. Also, If the drugs aren't helping I'm just wondering how you would feel without them or if maybe the drugs are contributing to this problem @A MyFibroTeam Member

I'd be worried the Dr is missing something like a different disease. You have my sympathy. The family thought my mom had dementia but turns out it's a blood-bone cancer Dr's think called multiple myeloma. She is also having tiny strokes which i think might me causing her irritability and forgetfulness.

Susanwalling , yup weird . I have a severe case of fibromyalgia all through out my entire body literally. I can hardly walk or stand I’m bed bound but try to stay moving every so often . It also takes blood supply away from my brain that’s why I get so dam dizzy and faint I will collapse part of why I stay in bed . 🤷🏻‍♂️ nothing doctors can do for me but they do try to help me some and medicine definitely does nothing for me . This happened to back in 2020 I literally collapsed about 10 times and now it’s way worse so fibromyalgia definitely progressed with me

Oh wow! I get that, and I’ve always wondered what it is, but assumed it’s a normal thing that happens to everyone 😂 typical 😂
