Yukon, OK

I have a ton of knee/elbow pain as well as foot/ankle pain. And thought about trying braces and compression gear, but don’t wanna invest of it wouldn’t much help.

Vera do you get a lot of Calve pain? My fibro started with this. It is twenty four seven intensity varies. I try a lot of things for this. Hot water bottle, ice pack, ice spray, massager, Magnesium oil, massage, hot baths with Epsom salts, compression socks. Nothing takes the pain away, but mainly the sensation is changed. I say a change is as good as a rest. I have tried every pain killer apart from Ketamine. None of them helped with Calve pain. Any other things you do? Hope your not too bad at the moment.

I have a ton of compression stuff... Socks, compression sleeves and gloves.... Love it all! It helps with my pain and spasms more than anything else! The only place I've ever seen compression sleeves is on Amazon but it's amazing how much it helps the pain. But compression does amp the pain for some so I'd start small with like compression socks or sleeves and if it helps your pain get some more stuff. So much with fibro is trial and error I feel like.
