Members validated the frustrating experience of breathlessness that feels different from asthma, with many sharing that they too struggle with shortness of breath, particularly during physical activity or on days when fatigue is especially heavy. Several members offered practical troubleshooting advice, including reviewing medication side effects (such as Tramadol or certain supplements), ruling out viral causes, and checking each drug's potential to cause respiratory symptoms. A recurring theme was the recognition that reduced aerobic capacity and chronic fatigue can contribute to breathlessness in ways distinct from asthma, met with compassionate understanding and reminders to investigate underlying causes while offering prayers and healing support.

Yes I do from chronic fatigue

I don't know what drugs you might be taking but it could be from some drug you are taking. Tramadol causes this problem for me so that's why I can't take it. And you probably already know that you can't take any kind of Nsaids like aspirin. I have also experienced this problem from an herb that they put in some brain supplements which I tried in the past. I forget the name of it right now but you need the name, let me know.

Rarely do I suffer with breathing issues, but when I have had this problem it had nothing to do with my Fibro. However, a virus did cause me breathing issues.
