Does anyone else experience uncontrolled pain? If so, where do you feel it? Please describe pain and what helps you? I need suggestions.

I don't care for the annoying 0-10 pain scale the medical community uses. Everyone pain is different levels and degrees. So, my doctors know mot to ask me the scale question. They all ask me to describe my pain.

I'm asking for others to share because I describe my pain like someone taking flaming hot rakes and knives trying to rip the flesh off my bones.

Yes I get uncontrollable pain in arms and the chest I would say that is my worst flare up in my chest I hate it .
