Omg that was me this morning😢Bad burning pain between shoulders & into chest arms. When gets this bad I take a xanex to calm me down. Hugs & 🙏for painless day for all🌺
When I was first diagnosed..I remember saying you can take me now..It took years and stages of Grief and Denial..,,which caused me emotional rides..and depression and anger. It's not easy admitting your life has changed..and you have to do things differently, especially when the healthy world constantly judges you...the only advice I can give you .is make time to rest more often,,if you like music ,play it everyday..whatever you like make sure you include in your life as much as possible.Making time for yourself is so so important, and do what makes you smile,,,and then the depression will lessen, its hard for some to treat themselves..with things that make them happy,,because before Fibro we were trying to please others first...enjoy a park,,sitting in the sun a,watching birds,,or at a beach and watch a beautiful sunset,,calling a Fibro friend is important because they understand what its like..that is worth millions...Pain does seem to wear us down mentally,spiritually..financially...but if we start to include things in our life that makes us happy, and forget the rest., like I will visit a friend looking like a bag lady..hair all messed up..still in my pajama's LOL..but I know they have Fibro and its okay..find a Fibro group and find friends who get what your dealing with ,it helps bigtime.
@A MyFibroTeam Member I think we all experience the roller coaster of emotions but if yours seems to be more consistent maybe you need to talk to your doctor about antidepressants, if your already on them, then maybe they need to be adjusted. Prayers that you get to feeling better my friend. Gentle hugs 🤗 God bless 🙏🏻🌷❤️✝️
I take Cymbalta 60mg . It helps me not be so emotional and I can be strong, I can still be sensitive and care but not cry at every little thing. It works for me.....
