Does anyone get really swollen painful ankles? They feel really tight and feel like they are going to burst open.
My ankles throb along with ankle pains,

Mine too. It's always hurting. Sometimes I can't sleep, because of the pain on them.
I soak my feet in luck warm water with Epsom salts for feet
