I haven't had one since my daughter was little and now she is in her thirties now. I went and saw a reflexologist and she got rid of them for me. It can be a imblance in shoes, chemical imbalance, vitamin & nutrient deficiencies. Besides STRESS! For myself my shoes and then it was discovered I was vitamin & nutrient deficiencies. Plus, I had tumors believe it or not. She had me go to doctor and sure enough that was going on inside. After he took care of each one of them I stopped having them what I am saying it can be the littlest thing that can cause them. You also have to let your emotions out if you keep them bottled up it will only get worse. Today I say what needs to be said whether nobody likes it or not. It usually the ones who tried to manipulate you that have a problem with you using your voice. I also found activities to do I find when you keep you mind busy you don't have time for the other stuff. Everyone is different its finding out what is triggering you its not all mentally it can be something physically.

Buy you peppermint candy and butterscotch candy when you feel it coming on suck on one when that one is done suck on the other. There is something in both candies that will help you. They say its the ingredients.

I’ve had a few panic attacks in my day, but when I had them I didn’t have fibromyalgia yet. I’ve dealt with anxiety most of my life. I prefer to shop online. Then I can avoid ppl all together. I do not like big crowds. My anxiety shoots through the roof at the Mall of America. Glass elevators, escalators, parking ramps , people everywhere, and tons of noise. My kiddo likes to go there once in a while. So I suck it up for him. I’d rather stay home in my tank top, pj pants, and messy bun. I’m one of those ppl that can stay at home all day long and it’s fine..
