Everyone has different foot problems. My feet pronate inward, I have a high arch. Podiatrist insoles hurt too much. A chiropractor had soft pliable plastic like ones. Has worked great for me. Otherwise I cannot walk far. Try some different things. I like Ann’s idea, new to me

Hi , I went to see my podiatrist referred from my GP surgery he made insoles to put some height in my heel to take the pressure off my calf muscles this really helped and made it more comfortable on my soles 🥰
