I also from irritable bowel and Gerd I use Slippery Elm and find it reliefs some of the symptoms

Yes and I have to change my diet to brat food when it's bad.

Yes, I seem to suffer from GERD and it gets so intense it seems to flare up my lungs too.

Yes I do I have IBS and the pain in my stomach get really bad
