I told my doctor and her only reply was to check my blood pressure when it happens and salt my food.

Yes, it’s been awhile. I’m a nurse and am having a hard time understanding these symptoms. Usually we think blood pressure high or low and then electrolytes. I’m sure that’s why they told me to salt my food because I haven’t used salt on my food in 9 years. It doesn’t seem to need it. I wear an Apple Watch and did an EKG, no S/SX if Afib. Just weird. That’s like I will get nauseous suddenly and when I go to throw up, I sneeze instead. Weird
