Does Anyone Have Back Pain Across The Lower Back That Causes Your Back To Either Spasm Or Give Out??

I believe I’ve had fibromyalgia for 30 years and it started coming out of remission maybe 5 years ago with different symptoms than when I first got sick in my 20s. I’m trying Duloxetine and pregabalin. I also take Ibuprofen 3x day.

Yes absolutely! I have had back spasms and long before I had Fibro. It definitely has become worse since Fibro came along. It's always my worst pain.

I’m so sorry! Yes, I have that really bad for the last month or so. I would like surgery on it but they can’t do it because my neck was fused in 2002, They said it would cause more vertebrae to slip ! I should go to physical therapy but I don’t have the gumption to move that much.
