My pain is mostly neck/shoulders/upper back—and it is at its worst when I wake up, and throughout the morning. I am really needing a good, firm pillow and can’t seem to find one!! Anyone have any recommendations on brand and place to get one? Thanks for your help!

Hi Shar1, Don't know if you can get one of these pillows where you live, but the one that I find to best for me, is called it "Chiropractic pillow". It is curved so that you have the choice of 2 heights of the pillow. I was advised to get one of these by a Chiropractor, then had to source it!! Fortunately, they were very much available from one of the common bed and pillow places in town. It doesn't take away all the pain, but it does allow me to get comfortable. All the best with this.
