Hi. Can anyone recommend a good pillow please? My neck is so sore every morning and continues through the day. I have had a memory foam pillow, feather pillow and v shaped pillow in the past. My pain radiates from neck neck down my arms and into my fingers.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Members responding to someone's chronic neck and arm pain emphasized the importance of getting medical evaluation first, with several sharing their own experiences of cervical disc bulges, nerve compression, and fibromyalgia tender points that can cause similar radiating symptoms. Many members recommended specific pillow types that helped them, including contoured memory foam pillows, gel pillows with temperature control, the MyPillow brand, and therapeutic pyramid-shaped pillows designed to keep the head and neck properly aligned. A recurring theme was that while the right pillow can provide relief, ruling out underlying nerve or disc issues through X-rays or MRI is essential, and some also found success with TENS units for muscle pain once structural damage was ruled out.

Your neck issue and pain is sounding very much like a disc prolapse in C5/6 of the neck. Due to nerve pinch it causes exactly what you are experiencing. I've had this,.. so a neck Xray is very important. I've not read your whole story...as yet. Please get your neck checked.
This could be why your various pillows aren't helping.

Defiantly have a dr. check your neck. If there isn't any cervical damage you might want to talk to the dr. about using a tins unit. I find it really helps me in my shoulder blades and neck. But if have disk damage you don't want to use one. Get things verified first.
