I take Motion Sickness tablets & Zofran..... But also I soak a cotton ball/pad in alcohol and lay down with it on my forehead or under my nose. I learned from a nurse after spewing during a CT Scan....she just took 1 of those square alcohol pads and put it on my forehead....and the dizziness chilled out
