Walking In The Cold
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Dear Kind People: 👋 It's getting cold here. Too cold for me to walk. I do NOT like That. Any hints on how to dress in the cold? Thanks .

When I lived in northern British Columbia Canada I found that leggings under a long skirt worn with tall boots were warmer than leggings under pants. Many layers on the upper body. Cover your mouth and nose with a scarf to avoid icicles forming.

I gave my children a hard boiled egg to keep in their pockets to warm their hands on the way to school. It became a high protein snack after they arrived. Now there are hand warmers activated by exposure to oxygen.

I really like the fleece lined leggings and footless tights. I wear footless tights under my jeans once it starts to get cold. I got them both from Amazon.

Thank you for taking your time to answer. Hot bath, now that's what I like. Good idea. When I have to go out so early, that's the golden ticket.
