Almost every morning I have a form of a migraine. Any tips? Here is one tip to share: I noticed one thing that has worked for me: When I wash my face with my hands, using Cetaphil to clean, and not use a facecloth, my skin is much better. Maybe, that will help someone. I am trying to always give one positive tip when I ask a question. Good day.
I have a tip for migraines/headaches, but it's very inconvenient. Move all electronics out of the bedroom or at least far from the bed. Some people with Fibro have problems with electro magnetic fields. You can also buy a grounding/shielding blanket and Shungite jewelry for sheilding. I have shielding stickers on all my electronic devices and major appliances and I had my smart meter removed and it made a big difference on headache frequency.
@A MyFibroTeam Member I called before they said I couldn't put anything over my smart meter to Shield it. That's all I was told anyway I'm going to read your message again I have more time because I know I'm being affected by emf's. I just touched this cell and my hand feels it. I have to be on the cell to use my TENS unit which is called Enso. Otherwise I wouldn't be on so much. This device really helps my pain but it's an app and I have to use Bluetooth.
