I download audio books from the public library onto my phone. No charge. You might be able to do so as well. I can't hold a book open for more than 10 minutes.

NUCCA treatments (National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association). It’s a very gentle realignment of the atlas bone/vertebrae. That’s the first one under the skull. The misalignment causes issues with the nerves in the neck and then down the spine as well. Adjustments have reduced the level of pain in my lower back. My right leg was a lot shorter than my left but my chiropractor has been able to restore the length of my left leg and lessen the pain from the imbalance and pain. It takes a while for the healing to occur. The NUCCA website provides quite a bit of interesting information about NUCCA treatments and fibromyalgia. I’m still hopeful.

If you choose that treatment, I wish you all the best. But, I wouldn't count on medicare or many of the other insurances paying for it.

Sadly, if you've worked hard and tried to be a productive citizen, it seems you're punished, instead of being rewarded.😡

In my opinion, the system is all turned around, the Wrong way.↩😤
