Anne do you take pain meds.

I dont have involuntary jerks (yet :))., but my core issue had started when after some triggers like 100m walking or lifting/ pouring a kg weight, my left leg thigh muscles spasm badly ., or hand bicep muscles and then i am unable to move or talk at all. Entire body goes into freeze mode.
