Yes hurts like hell. Hope you fine some relief soon. Try gabapentin and tramadol. It helps me.

Hi Kazza, I have severe back spasms above my waist and below my rib cage on the right side and in my bottox around my hips that stopped me dead in my track when I try to take a walk or stand up for more than a few minutes. I’ve had MRIs, CAT scans, and x-rays, and steroid injections help my arthritis but not the sharp stabbing pains. It also hurts if I press on it or lay down. The only place I’m comfortable is laying on my bed, which is a very thick pillow top. I am so sorry for your pain.😞😞
