I filed for disability years ago. It was a long process. Denied right out of the gate. Appeal it is all part of the game. The smartest thing I did was get a disability lawyer. They don’t get paid unless they win.
I won the case and even Negotiated retroactive compensation.
Adjusting to not working and goving up a career I loved was hard. My strong work ethic hung on like a tiger.

wow forgive me for asking again but ur post is exactly like me. im sick of them saying its a inflammatory disease because it isnt. or that it doesn get worse cuz it does

I had heard how hard it is. That's exactly why when I started this process I got an attorney. He doesn't get paid unless I get the disability claim granted. Since he decided to take my case I feel like he's feeling confident we'll get it because why would he waste his time and energy if he didn't think we'd win 🤔
