I was wondering if anyone else deals with real bad pain in lower back, hips and shoulders
My Dr says it's just a flare up of my fibromyalgia

Yes ma'am, everything that you said. The hips, lower back, shoulders, mid back. I have had three Cervical anterior fusions and two Lumbar fusions. The pain is still there. I have also had two shoulder surgeries, left and right, due to shoulder Impingement. I also suffer with TMJ. There are 250 symptoms associated with fibromyalgia. Google it. I am serious. Cold weather, hot weather, rain, barometric pressure, stress, certain foods. There are so many things that trigger very painful episodes of fibromyalgia.

Similar to MahSaa, head/neck and shoulder first then spine, then hips/pelvis, then knees. My back pain centers more in the thoracic area where the trapezius muscle resides. I get occasional lumbar pain.
