This is amazing and then you sit up in a rush of pain floods over you and everything is back from the day before?! Thank you ladies for all your answers. I will never complain again for at least getting those few seconds of being pain free... its a luxury that not all of us get. Thank you for sharing my fellow warriors ❤️
Mornings first thing are my worst time even though I sleep pretty well ! ! I wake up and immediately feel pain everywhere and I feel frozen and just can’t move ! I start doing gentle stretches, then painkillers and then head for a hot shower!
Thanks!🙃
Mine used 2 b better in
am but now after all meds
kick in including medical cannabis is best in pm. And I never have a good day. I remember in the beginning id wake up pain free then after a few min my sacro pain kicks in. I have Xtra lumbar vertebrae. I've had that pain every am until I got 2 work and walking Round helped it.
Hello. Mornings are the worst, my pain is always there just in different degrees. Mindfull stretching for a few minutes before I even sit up is helpful. I stretch each part of my body while concentrating on the feeling of the stretch. Good luck and hope your day is tolerable 😊
