My whole right side feels all the bad stuff first and the most. Sometimes my right shoulder is so bad I can't use my arm.

I should clarify and say i have lower back pain also, mid back too and pain in my right glute. The left sided pain is much more prominent though so its hard for me to notice anything else. So if that's literally your only symptom and you haven't had testing done to check out any other possibility, I would recommend doing that with your doctor first.

Yep thats me!!!! My pain is severe during a flare in the left shoulder blade. I thought i was dying of cancer bc it didnt sound like a typical fibromyalgia symptom. The GI did every test under the sun a sono, a ct (or 20 lol), and even an mrcp. All negative. Went to a rheumatologist and she did testing said its fibromyalgia. Sometimes its mostly in the shoulder blade, sometimes its mid back on the left though and other times its the left side.
