So when i get my flares i get pain in my legs, chest, arms, neck and head. Everytime ive had a flare lately though in addition to my usual symptoms and pain ive been getting pain under my left rib. Sometimes in my shoulder, sometimes my side , and sometimes under my breast. Its gotten more intense with each flare. Im hoping its just fibro related and not something more nefarious. Yes, I can totally relate. While I get widespread pain all over, my back, head and ribcage hurt the most during a flare. I have had an endoscopy, as well for spasms, and bloodwork, all normal. Fibro pain can be severe. Without strong pain med, I would be in the ER, too. I have pain 24/7 that can range from 1-10. It can be really scary to have pain so severe but unfortunately, fibro can be like that. So sorry you are dealing with this awful illness.

I am i trested if you get advice on it let me know because it sounds the same . Yes but sometimes it puts pressure on when you breath in . I tennis ball mine on a wall hurts like hell buu after few days it eases it 🤔it is odd x

Thank you so much for your answer!!!! I have pain like that as well, but this one is like a pressure that feels like its under/in my ribcage. Its bizarre!

Sorry bluebird21!!! I didnt realize i missed you!!! Its just constant lately . Pressure infer my left ribcage! Used to always be at the end of a flare and now it seems steady! My legs are a little achy not as bad as usual but everything else seems to have gone away except this left sided pain! I have the same thing sometimes when i take a deep breath in it hurts!!!

Thank you so much!!! Yea it freaked me out that it was so severe in one place and wasnt easing up!!! I just never know whats the fibro and whats something else. Ive had so many ct scans that i think something would have shown and i dont want to go again.
