I was stuck in traffic for 4 hours 2 days ago. Why am I still in so much pain? It's hard to walk?

I thought my Fibro was under not bad control until I had to stop all medication for 36hrs for a procedure to be done at Hospital I thought I would never walk again the pain was so severe I prayed to die, seriously ! We just have to plod on, nothing else for it.
