I had chronic nausea and stomach pain for a long time which went away after I made the decision to taper off all my medications. If you are on any medication you may want to consider them.

Some think an unbalanced gut microbiome contributes to FM. Natural yogurts, fermented foods and/or a good probiotic might help. I discovered my Cymbalta upsets my stomach and remedied it by taking it at bedtime (gut naturally slows down) with my calcium/magnesium supplement. Calcium is a way to settle an upset stomach (Tums are Calcium tabs).
