Patricia it seems like you are reacting to foods that are acidic. Too bad about apples as they contain malic acid, which is highly recommended for people with fibromyalgia .
I have that myself and I blame it on Fibro. That's a great question. I have that happen to me sometimes when I eat fruit like grapes, strawberries or apples just for example. If I eat anything maybe 2 days in a row, that happens to me also. Or if I drink tea for a few days in a row. I have to swap up to something other than tea. I hope you get the answer your looking for. You may like to do your own research as to the causes of Burning Mouth and see if there is anything that you relate to. There are a few medications that can cause it as well as other things. Take care.
