Does anyone else have the sensation of their skin being on fire? It is mostly on my back, upper neck and scalp. There is no sign of rash, hives, redness or sunburn. I was wondering if this is a fibro symptom or something else. I am not sure what type of md to see for this. Thanks.

I get this alot. Usually on my arms. Feels like a bad sunburn!

Yes !!! My scalp and be really painful, my neurologist finally diagnosed me with occipital neuralgia and every 3 months he injects me with lydicaine in several spots. Hurts like crazy for a few days (tender) but it’s making a difference
