Yes I’ve had a gastroscope this week as I choke so often on food .. Horrid disease ☮️

My tongue hurts and it hurts when u swallow. It feels like I have something stuck in my throat but not sure. It hurt when I was trying to spit this morning. It hurts to talk too. I’m anxious cuz I’m going away soon for my belated 40th birthday, and want to be able to eat yummy food. What should I do? Should I call my doc or gargle and c if it gets better
