Magnesium Malate helps a little with pain and Costeochrondritis. Fish oil. I take Tylenol now.
I take a B-12 shot once a month for pernicious anemia that was diagnosed when I was 25. I give it to myself to save money and time. My current doctor grudgingly renews the prescription because he doesn't think my iron levels are low enough to require it. However, the Red Cross turned me away last month when I tried to give blood. Guess what? My red blood cell count was tso oo low.
And I have type O- blood, the kind that anyone can receive in an emergency.
Anyway, when I am anemic, I have frequent headaches, I have to nap at least once per day, I cannot organize anything: in my mind or elsewhere, and I am cold with goosebumps. The day after I take that shot, I feel so much better. I have so much more energy, and I can think clearly.
I have tietze syndrome, and I take tramadol. It’s the only thing that has helped me live a some what normal life. I take motrim on days I am really bad to additional help with all my pain. The doctors feel my body was in so much pain for years, that is caused my fibro as I way of dealing with it.
