Yes my voice becomes hoarse now and then. Not sure why it happens even when I’m not talking as much. My taste is both the same since diagnoses of fibromyalgia: had Covid last year. Could be part of that too. I’ve got ninja smell… that’s what my hubby calls it. I can smell everything- even the icky smells. Hope this helps!

I have issues with smell and taste most of the time. My voice is awful it's like I have been smoking heavily, I don't smoke at all. It's hard to hold a conversation without feeling exhausted.

Could be a fibro side issue, sounds neurological. I have had the voice issue the more wore out I am the worse. Phantom smells can sometimes point to pre-seizure auras even if you are never actually aware of having a seizure. Again, neurological stuff can happen with fibromyalgia just as it can with M.S., etc...

Try a Tums after you eat. It may be acid reflux messing with your voice..
