Yall remember it's the worst time of year for us fibro fighters, my husband called me sicko the other day, I called him something better using 4 letters I won't repeat here!!
But once the clocks go back I moan cuz in the past 5 years I've noticed it gets worse anxiety, fatigue, pain, fatigue, confusion , drop everything can't open even a milk top, have to have someone else help, ummm what else?
Fatigue yeah I know I mentioned it already but dang it I just woke up slept for 10 hours and have no ambition but I have a zillion things to do, cognitive issues are a hard reality, for me ill fight you and say it's Monday, , until I look at my phone and in damn sure says its Tuesday, , it's like I lose a day,, time is lost on me, I can start to get dressed for an appt. And 2 hours have gone by,thinking it's been maybe 15 mins.
So I set a timer now and write my apot times 15 mins earlier. .
Since I have the CRS DISEASE, it doesn't matter what I write down I'll go by it!
CRS...(can't remember sh!t)
Sometimes during a flare I can barely walk let alone carry or lift ๐ฑ! The feeling of weakness is scary. I have to literally remind myself not to panic, just rest and it will pass... hope u feel better! ๐L
I am right there with you girl!!! CRS either!
That's the Fibro fatigue. I feel completely drained of energy. Sometimes it's related to the pain, sometimes it happens on its own
I hope it is helping. My fatigued just is draining
