Blue Hands

Hi I have just started getting blue hànds not cold. Entire hand to wrist moves from one to another or both can last 30min to 24hrs anyone else have this?

That sounds like Raynaud's syndrome, which is somewhat common with fibromyalgia. it's caused by the blood vessels contracting and restricting blood flow. I believe compression gloves (and even regular gloves) can be helpful. My mom (who doesn't have fibro) experiences it a lot, but I haven't personally experienced it myself.
