Yes mostly when I am in a flare up. It’s so weird it’s like ankle bracelets around my ankles just burning and tingling. And I used to get them in my hands and arms elbow area. It is the weirdest thing. Sometimes it feels my body is being dumped in icy hot .

Yes when I first got fibro I got this down my shoulder to wrist. I wore a arm warmer to compress the feeling. Scary but one more fibro feeling. It has lessened over time and now just a bit here and there but always in my arm. Have a wonderful day.
