Yes, that is called GERD. Gastroesophageal reflux disease. Be careful about eating anything after 6 pm especially spicy foods, high acid foods, eggs, and stuff like that. It will make sleeping even that much harder and it is hard enough to get enough sleep. A chronic digestive disease where the liquid content of the stomach refluxes into the esophagus, the tube connecting the mouth and stomach.
