I do both vape and gummies, depending on how much I need and my commitments for the day. I've found Delta 8 to be the most beneficial for pain relief. The times when all my joints ache, and my arms get tired just putting on my clothes, if my schedule allows, I'll take a gummy. It does mess with my brain, but I think part of that effect helps me not recognize the pain. If I'm working, I may vape so that I can control the effects -- but if you take too many puffs, you can get too much quickly, so go slowly. Take only 1-2 puffs, then wait and see if there's an effect in 5-10 minutes. Then take 1-2 more. The effect lasts a while, so don't puff away thinking it's not working. It adds up!
I have had the but was needing stronger one's to expensive in chemist xxx
Well because you get relief quickly is the method of administration. If you switch to oral cbd the effectiveness takes longer but also lasts longer. It takes about 4months to top.up your own endocannabin-oid receptors.-and then you will feel more effectiveness.
