Members shared their varied experiences with CBD for fibromyalgia symptoms, with many reporting relief from pain, sleep issues, and anxiety through different delivery methods. Several members offered practical guidance on purchasing CBD, including recommendations for specific brands like Canna-Hemp and cbdfx, typical pricing ranges of $40-60, and advice to buy CBD vape juice already mixed with coconut oil rather than olive oil, with strengths typically ranging from 250-500mg. A recurring theme was that while vaping provides quick relief, some members preferred oil tinctures held under the tongue or edibles for longer-lasting effects, and many emphasized finding what works best for individual needs through trial and error.

I take CBD oil tincture and THC tincture at night and I usually sleep for 7 hours without waking up. Before that, I would wake up at least 3 or 4 times a night. It makes me very relaxed. It also made my IBS go away. Lucky that I live in a state where cannabis is legal.

I started vaping cbd oil a few weeks ago and highly recommend trying it. I found that Canna-Hemp's brand of Focus oil does wonders for my narcoleptic-like daily exhaustion. They also have a Relief oil, I haven't used that one as much yet but I did feel like my body relaxed a little when I tried it, and my husband(non-fibro) says it helps him sleep. If you vape it just make sure it's mixed with coconut oil and not olive oil. The ones with olive oil should be consumed orally or topically but are not meant to be vaped.
I'm attaching a picture of the vape we got for it (+ cat hair😸). The oil and the vape were not cheap but were worth it. Canna-Hemp also sells disposable pens so you can try an oil before really investing. What state are you in? We found it at a hydroponic gardening store.

I have 2, one is straight cbd vape, its 500, the other one that i take to work has cbd and vape juice in it. For 30ml, it was 60.00 but it has lasted awhile. The 250 is 40.00. They usually have 3 strengths. I bought it at vape shop here cause it was same price as online. I use cbdfx

Vaping was my lest favorit. I love the oil or edabiles. Oil works pretty quick. Edabiles take longer and are more expensive but last longer. It defiantly helps my sleep, anxiety, help with pain a bit too. I love it.
