Members shared their experiences with CBD and related products for pain management, with many finding relief through various methods including vaping, gummies, oils, and patches. Several members described practical approaches like using Delta 8 for more severe joint pain and switching between vaping for quick relief and edibles for longer-lasting effects, with one member cautioning to start slowly with vaping and wait between puffs to avoid taking too much. A recurring theme was finding the right balance between pain relief and managing side effects, with members noting that while some products can affect mental clarity, the trade-off may be worth it on particularly difficult pain days.

I do both vape and gummies, depending on how much I need and my commitments for the day. I've found Delta 8 to be the most beneficial for pain relief. The times when all my joints ache, and my arms get tired just putting on my clothes, if my schedule allows, I'll take a gummy. It does mess with my brain, but I think part of that effect helps me not recognize the pain. If I'm working, I may vape so that I can control the effects -- but if you take too many puffs, you can get too much quickly, so go slowly. Take only 1-2 puffs, then wait and see if there's an effect in 5-10 minutes. Then take 1-2 more. The effect lasts a while, so don't puff away thinking it's not working. It adds up!

Well because you get relief quickly is the method of administration. If you switch to oral cbd the effectiveness takes longer but also lasts longer. It takes about 4months to top.up your own endocannabin-oid receptors.-and then you will feel more effectiveness.
