Low fat, low sugar, low dairy.. for me, I have to keep my servings small. If I get too full, I get rib pain.

I have tried gluten free and dairy free for months and I feel no difference. I definitely cannot tolerate alcohol and I stick to a sugar free diet for the most part. I know everyone is different....good luck!!😊

I stay away from anything with MSG (soy sauce, fish sauce, Japanese soups, Cheetos or most snacks that says ā€œMonosodium glutamateā€ or ā€œNatural flavorā€). I notice I flare up either same day or next day when I do eat food with MSG.

Do you eat small amounts of foods with sugar, low fat or stay away from it completely?
