I have been diagnosed since March 16, 2016 after 7 years of treatment for other stuff I really didn't have. I am interested in improving my diet. I am a life long Weight Watcher but have gained 30 lbs and need another approach. Not only to get this extra weight off but to help me feel better. I am in a fog almost all of the time. I am Susie Cassady, 69, live in Forest Grove, OR. Thanks in advance!!!

Look up d-ribose for fibro
Short answer. Avoid any and all sugar substitutes. It's so bad for you! Soda is the number one cause of increase of type two diabetes. Stay away from all sugary drinks.
Try stiva and aguve.
I hear you about your sweet tooth! I have one too but I try really hard not to give in because I will pay for it. I try to stay on our low glycemic index diet. That way my blood sugar is level all day and I have no cravings. Especially for sweets. Good luck! I hope you will find something that works for you!

Thank youKellyA, I will take your advice. Susie Cassady
I had cut gluten and almost all sugar . Like a diabetics diet. N ull definitely loss weight plus a few doctors said it can help with fibro.
I added gluten back in because I wasn't getting enough foods etc but I've lost 30 pounds in less then a few months.
Natural whole foods. No preservatives. I have found I don't have as many flares when I make every thing. The tiredness never seems to go away though. Hugs! This to shall pass.
