I have had less flare ups over the past couple years. Odd because I'm now 43 and I've dealt with this since I started my period. The worst part of the flares were my skin feeling like I was rolling in small shards of glass. To be touched or shower or loose clothing were hell! To this day without a flare for months I will still fret a shower!! Once in there I'm ok but getting there is a struggle!! I can relate but o also learn that with no flares to still keep at pace and not overdo things
