Yes I feel like that too even down to feeling the chills sneezing runny nose also all year round like I'm coming down with a cold or worse sometimes flu as my temperature can change too. Only been like it since having fibromyalgia

yes this happens to me a lot don't know if it is a fibro thing, but
I think it does sound like an immune system problem. .maybe fibro

I like the bottle best, used to reme her to do it regularly but seem to forget prevention just too many meds to take, such a routine. I use saline spray too in general it seems to help with dryness.

Perhaps use your saline nasal spray daily as well
As your Nettie pot or Neil bottle . ( same company ) That’s what Mayos ENT and my local one recommended to me. The bottle is excellent . The drainage appears down the sink instead of down your throat.‼️

I have sinus allergies so i have thick post nasal drip down the back of my throat. It makes me feel like my throat is swelling shut or dry and sticking to itself. Sometimes it feels like the lymph nodes in the throat are swollen. I try not to worry about it until it lasts more than a few days and other symptoms not associated with allergies are present.
