Exposure to cold can worsen it. I think if your affected nerve is near your sinuses any swelling from weather changes would worsen it too.

My skin burns when it is cool and windy. My whole body. Dr. Just says take benadryl. Says compromised immune system from fybro makes it so I am literally allergic to cold. Body cannot regulate normal temp.
